1. Return Eligibility

  • Request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused with original packaging/accessories.
  • Items with broken seals or signs of use are not eligible.

2. How to Return

Email help@electrozen.online with your Order ID and photos. Our Patna team will review it within 24-48 hours and provide pickup or shipping instructions.

3. Refund Timeline

Prepaid: Credited to original method in 5-7 business days.
COD: Refunded via Bank Transfer or Store Credit after inspection.

4. Damaged/Defective

Received a faulty item? Contact us within 48 hours with images/video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

5. Shipping Costs

We cover shipping for defective/incorrect items. For personal preference returns, the customer is responsible for return transit.

6. Exclusions

Consumables (cables, batteries), items damaged by improper installation, and clearance sale items are final-sale and non-returnable.
